Default 2003 Corvette Z06

What is a 2003 Corvette Z06 which has 38K with 70% tread tires new AC Delco Brakes (Drilled and Slotted with Ceramic Pads) worth? The car is red with red/black modded interior and has all the available options for that year! I also installed the Chrome Z06 rims on as well! What kind of price are these cars going for private or a dealer!

All adivce would be appreciated!

If the title is clean, and no accident or paintwork done to it? I'm local in CT and have 20K.

been watching similar cars close this past month.

What offers you getting from dealers on your 2003? Any 2009 / 2010 C6 Z06 you're after from that dealership?

Thank you very much for your feedback I am looking at a few dealerships and the benefit to trade in with the dealership to pay less tax on the purchase which is at least 1,500.00 - 1,700.00!

I may have payed to much, but about 7 weeks ago I purchased an 02 C5Z, 2 owner, 24.5K miles, pristeen stock condition for $24.5. Some think it was to much, I think it was a fair deal for both myself and the seller.

Assuming 8% NY vehicle tax that means the dealerships are offering you between 18750 and 21250. If that is correct I'd absolutely take that plus the tax relief and be done. You MIGHT be able to squeeze out a sale for 23 or 24 maybe, but I doubt that it will be easy and even then you'll still only be ahead by 1k or so depending. Not worth it IMO if the dealerships are offering you the kind of money you're suggesting. Trade her in and be done with it.

Good luck.

I purchased my '03 C5 Z06 with 24k miles last April for $23,500. The car was a 2 owner as well and was in mint condition. I don't think you overpaid for your Z06, especially if it's a pristine example. You get what you pay for!

At least in my neck of the woods, clean low mile C5Z's are selling for $23-24K. I always laugh at these threads because there's always a couple people who throw out these low numbers and say "that car isn't worth a dollar more than $X"; but if it was actually their car...they would absolutely believe it was worth more than that number they just threw out.

1 month ago, I got a 2003 with 37,000 miles. Bone stock, great condition for 22.5 k. 2 owners in Vegas. But after driving it, I wouldn't sell it for less than 25k. I love the car. I know it is worth more than I paid anyway. I've seen quite a few at dealers asking 25 to 29. Oh well it's worth what it's worth to you. Have fun! I sure do.

On Jan. 24 (my birthday) I paid $22k for a Blk on Blk with 18,000 mi. FYI. Car came with chrome Aft mkt Z06 wheels and original wheels in the box. F.A.S.T manifold and intake upgrade. I see this car year with more miles going for a lot more than what I paid.

OP, don't give your car away! In a private sale you should be able to get $23,000 out of it pretty easy if you're patient...

I would give him more than that and I'm not even looking to buy a car right now

I personally wouldn't let my Z06 go for less than $23k. You will find the right buyer if you are patient.

This past november I bought a 2 owner 31K stock 2002 Z06 out of Fort Lauderdale for $21500.00 QS w/ mod red interior. I looked for around 10 months or so. It is very clean.

You can see what they are going for in New York here. I don't see any Z06 listed right now though. It'd go for around $25k in Texas.
