Which stock wheels? Just grab and pull. If it doesn't come off, use a screwdriver and put a cloth between the blade and the wheel and carefully pop it out. They're snapped in with tabs. You can also take the wheel off and tap them out from the inside.
I don't know if any vendor does but I would post an ad in the for sale section and see what you can find. If any of them sell one, they will most likely pop in and say so.
But you may be able to find one from a member. I looked on ebay but didn't see one. I'll keep looking. If I find one I'll let you know.

I always just took the wheel off and popped the caps off from the back with the handle of a hammer and a gentle tap. Just be sure to have a blanket or rag on the floor to catch the cap when it pops off.
