[Z06] Is 101 octane ok to use???

The Octane rating designates the resistance of the fuel to pre-ignition from a combination of heat and pressure in the cylinder. All gasolines have virtually the same rate of burn, this is not part of the Octane rating. Higher Octane allows one to utilize a greater degree of ignition advance, because it resists detonation better. However, if the engine is tuned to utilize maximum advance for 92 Octane fuel, running 110 will accomplish not a thing. The Gasoline is the same, octane ratings are adjusted with the additive package, so the amount of energy in a gallon of 87 Octane is the same as that in a gallon of 110 Octane. Because of EPA requirements, all grades of fuel burn clean and control engine deposits well.
The reason high performance engines use higher Octane is because power comes from cylinder pressure. Higher dynamic cylinder pressures require fuel that is more resistant to detonation.
This is a nice article on the subject:

Short answer is this: On a really hot day (say 100 degrees), with very high humidity (over 60%), it is possible the ZO6 MIGHT knock, causing the ECM to back off timing, which will reduce power. In this instance, the 110 Octane fuel will be an advantage. Otherwise, it just costs more money and does nothing at all.

You can get a good load of 100LL at your nearest airport.
The Z06 is fast but it's still not an airplane.
A nearplane maybe......
