If you'll put what you're looking for in the title, you're more likely to get someone who's done it before. "help" doesn't really describe what you're looking for, or make it easy to search if someone else has the same question and is trying to find an answer. You might also mention the year and type transmission. It could help.
Remove the center console and radio bezel trim, remove the boot and sound boot, remove the key holding the **** on, find three torx bolts, mark their position to the base before you loosen, then put it in neutral and set the neutral pin (pull up). Now remove the three torx bolts. When reinstalling, connect the tube end first then position to your marks and put the other two in, tighten the tube one first to 33Nm then the other two, reinstall the rest. Might want to check the shifting before you button it all up. If you mark the position then you shouldn't have an alignment issue during reinstallation.
Four 10mm nuts inside the console, pry up to release the traction button, then disconnect all the connections, the tricky one is the fuel door connector you have to reach under there as it starts to come out to release it. then the bezel has three screws two behind door and one behind ac temp sensor next to key pry out plastic cover to get to screw. Pull the bezel off, it has two connections near the radio that are plastic post.

Well i screwed that all up. I pulled the shifter out, but had no clue there was a pin that needed to come out. i will have to bolt the tranny back to the bell housing to get the shift linkage to line back up again to pull it out.
Post #14 shows an image with the neutral pin. It's the 90° bend piece of round bar metal that is on the front. You put the shifter into neutral, the lift it up and it locks the shifter into neutral for removal or installation. Once installed then you push down to release it.
Post #2 has PDFs to help installation and adjustment.
Unfortunately this will probably be a headache for you during the re-installation of everything. Hope for the best.
Well I have a problem then. 1: my shifter did not have that pin to lock it. 2: my main shaft is broke and was in gear when it broke, would it even be able to be in neutral.
