I almost always leave the nanny's on. When my EBCM went out and was out of the car for repair I drove about the same but did realize that it was correctingf for me quite a bit (same road, same speed, not sticking like when the nann'y were on).
I do look for spots off road where I can experiment a bit but rarely find the room to really exercise it. I like em on personally.

If you have a bone stock 99 coupe with an auto that can spin the wheels from a dead stop to 75 . . . . I'll buy it from you
Thats usually outside the typical performance envelope of that set up.

Many C5s do not have AH but DO have TC - mine included. There is a difference and I think some folks may be confusing the two. TC is about rear wheel spin (only), and AH is about vehicle attitude and that's why the AH system includes a yaw sensor.
Typically both systems are enabled together when the AH system is on. Competitive mode only disables the TC system while leaving the AH system on.
As long as the pavement is dry, I automatically turn my TC off but don't even think about it when it's wet. I also have to make sure it's off when I'm on the dyno.
Always turn off my TC when I start the car and have been wondering if there is a way to put a reverse jumper behind the switch so the default is off whenthe car is started and the lightonly comes on when the TC is on??
Why not just delete it all together? WEll my Girlfriend drives it from time to time and she NEEDS it.
