Jacking pucks and a low profile jack are what I use. To fit a regular floor jack under your car may require a set of ramps to provide enough clearance. Someone here had a great article on how they made some home built ramps and braces for jack stands. If I can find it I'll post it.
EDIT: Here's a good thread that should point you in the right direction. Good Luck.

If you can't find what you are looking for using the search function, PM me your e-mail address and I'll send you some files on jacking information as well as how to build a set of ramps for the car.
I just jacked up mine for the first time yesterday. Used the Craftsman 1.5 ton jack, the one with LEDs. Had Lowes cut me 2 sections of 2 foot 2x6" board and used one on the front crossmember just in front of the fiberglass leaf, and on the rear just behind the leaf (don't let it touch the leaf springs). Chocked the rear and jacked up the front. I had to bend the plastic shroud up a bit, and you'll barely be able to pump the jack the first several pumps. The back will be tight with the front up, but I could wedge the jack and 2x6 under the crossmember. Took about 10 minutes and no ramps or boards under the wheels needed.
