Air filter help please.
Iam missing the parts that go into these grommets that hold the housing in place. I have the grommets but what do they slide over?

There are two pegs the diameter of the holes in the air filter housing. They are located in front of the installed housing on the inside wall facing the front bumper.
Top, right corner you should se the peg sticking out of the wall.
This picture you should be able to seeit in front of the filter on the wall.

I just bought the car last week and I noticed that the filter housing was not secured. I have nothing to secure it to. The pegs are missing. I dont see this going well at the Chevy parts dept. lol. Thanks for your help.

Sorry that they arent there. But you should take it into a dealership (especially if its the one where you bought it). They should be able to do something for you without picking your pockets. good luck.

LOL. Ya just know they are going to be $9.99 each. I need em so I have no choice. I dont want my Black Wing moving around getting damaged. Thanks for the photos.
