Default Forum Vendor CCA...

For those of you who have been around the forum for a while I am sure you have seen (or been part of) the many positive interactions with Chip at CCA.....BUT.....if you are new here or have not done business with Chip here is my story....

I have ordered several items in the last few weeks and they have all arrived as expected in good condition. While unpacking one I dropped a part that broke on my hardwood floor. It was plastic and I have the skills to get it working again, but I just sent a note to Chip to ask if it was a piece I could order separately. He said he would check into it.....and.....magically a new one shows up a few days later.....however there was no billing invoice. So I asked him what I owed him for the part...and he said nothing - just enjoy the product.

He replaced a part that I broke...for no charge.

Thanks, Chip that is GREAT customer service!

Chip has long been known as one of the really, really fine aftermarket vendors. A few years ago I made this salute for him -- richly deserved then and now!

Chip is a exceptional gentlemen/businessmen. I've been here ten years and a number of guys keep rising to the highest level in customer service. I've had the pleasure to meet some of them. Each a special individual and everyone especially interested in making us, the Corvette customer satisfied. They live here and they make their business here. In ten years they have made this place a place of security in a purchase for us. The forum has collected all of this together.

It's refreshing to know that there are still vendors out there that truly care about their customers. I've been on this forum for many years and I've never heard anyone say anything negative about Chip.

Chip is one of the best vendor I've ever done business online. Quick, honest and cares about his customer. He too sent me a part within days of contacting me. I forgot where I ordered it and he jumped on my post and told me I got it from him. Great guy!

This type of taking care of the customer attitude is why I buy things from Chip. Great guy to work with.

We are lucky to have some great vendors here but if someone did a poll of who's your favorite, Chip would get my vote
