Well add me to the list of C4 to C5 jumpers.
After much debate looks like I've found a great 2000 Mag Red C5 with 31K miles, 6spd, Borla Exhaust, Brand new Michelin Pilots, HUD, Adust Suspension. Too good a deal to pass up!
I'll be posting pics soon can't wait to start making her mine.

Any advice for a new C5 owner?
drive it for this year before you start making upgrades, what you think you want may not be so later.
I also made the jump from a C4 to a C5 and wish I had done it sooner. The C4 was a great car and my wife drove it daily (she had the covered parking) for almost 5 years. You will miss the great engine access you had with the C4 hood but the C5 isn't bad.
Things I've acquired for the C5 that I didn't need with the C4: 12v air compressor and plugging kit, Mike Mercury ramps, 2" X 12" ramps for the rear and 2" X 6"'s to go between the cross members and jack stands.
grats on the jump..you will love every second of it..and its easy for the mod bug to bite ya.. there is so much to do to the C5 era cars its amazing...
Congrats on the jump. I highly recommend that you invest in a Column Lock By-pass (CLB) if the the car doesn't already have one. If you are not familiar with this problem, do a search. You will find many threads on it.
