I have ACA's too.

Its a known fact that the high beams on the ACA's are horrible because you can't aim them. The high beams and the low beams are part of the same assembly and you can't aim them separately.

Your going to notice that your high beams are pointed towards the ground right in front of the car. I had HID's in my high beam ACA's also. It was a waste of money honestly.

I did a similar mod as posted above, and its a wonderful setup now ! I got my high beams back ! I can see birds in the top of tree tops now.

With that said it does seem strange that one of your high beams are pointing way off in one direction.

1.) Are both your low beams aimed correctly ? Given that its all part of the same assembly if your low beams are correct, your high beams should at least be pointing forward.
2.) Look in the front of the ACA housing. Can you tell if the high beam bulb in question is pointed straight, or pointed off to one side ? You can see in the front of the reflector easily.
3.) Swap high beam bulb from side to side. See if the problem moves with the bulbs, or stays with the specific housing.
4.) Inspect both high beam bulbs and compare them to one another. Make sure they are the same bulb type, and have the same mating surface. If a bulb is not in the housing straight you will have issues like your seeing.

Also.... the high beam metal clips on the ACA high beam housing where the bulb is held are a little flimsy. I have more than once put in a bulb and it not be straight because one of the bulb tabs are not in the slot it should be. You should be able to notice the bulb is NOT straight by looking in the front of the housing though.
