335's on the ZR1 wheels. The asanti wheels had 345's on them. Let me try and get you a ruff estimate on the build. The paint job is over 10k with out paying for the fenders and hood. No telling on a total cost though! More then the car cost new though I bet! lol

Very nice and it looks really good 
However - IMHO! I do "NOT: like the C6 emblem on the rear, it's a C5 (perhaps cut the circle off the C5 emblem and just sport the flags off the C5 emblem instead)
Other than that it is awesome they way it is now!
Why the thought of going to the FRC roof, you will no longer have a removable roof or are you going to cut it for the Targa roof too and install it? (someone did this with a Z06 here on the forum)

I took a coupe and converted it to a FRC a number of years back.
Try to save the lip on the halo when you have to chip it off with a air chissel and then re-attach to the Z06's roof.
You'll also need to replace the upper rear tub.
Lots of fun, nice project.
