My vote's for the fangs. Durable and they hide any existing damage to the frame rails (one of my was pretty badly crumpled from a previous owner, looks great now).

Rollers look a little bit strange to me. While fangs can add positively to the appearance and still do the job.

I'd go with the fangs.

Fangs! I had the white ones and then switched to the black ones.

The look OEM and don't draw attention while simply helping to protect the frame rails. Plus, have you ever seen what a used roller skate wheel looks like?!

Do the white colored fangs get dirty/scratched easily? I know black would help hide marks better, but it would be nice to have some that match my body color...

Actually, the white fangs hide scratches better than the black ones. I've had both. The black ones obviously disappear and are less obvious than the white ones which is why I switched, however I noticed that the white ones sort of hide the scuffs better.

Pic of my old white fangs...

What about the metal skids for 21.95; they take the abuse before the rails do and costs a lot less. They go on in 2 1/2 minutes with one bolt and nut each; nothing is removed prior to install.
