Default Here I go again .....

Sup guys, its been over a year since the last time I modded my C5Z. I had a horrific experience with a company out of Houston named HPE. Luckily a fellow forum member referred me to another company who is also a sponsor on the forum named England Green. They came to the rescue and got my car back into shape in no time. Ever since I picked up my car from them I have yet to touch my car with mods. Well this past weekend I went to san Antonio to spend my birthday over their and while at it I gave myself an early present and had Lethal Performance install a Monster stage 3 clutch along with a new GM slave cylinder. The car has a little chatter right now but shifts smooth as butter after first gear. Well anyways I noticed today that my car is now popping from the exhaust. I have No check engine light and my car is not stumbling either. It only does it at idle when I come to a stop and only once when I was driving it. Has anyone had this problem before and if so how did you fix it. Please help cause it seems like everytime I mod this car, something bad happens.

I'm no C5 tech but mine was doing it and I found 2 vacuum leaks. I would start with that. Maybe something came loose or didn't get reconnected during the clutch install.

If they wernt careful during the clutch install they could have cracked the intake. Do you have the stock intake or a fast? You have to tilt the engine back to remove the trans and the I take will contact the firewall... Are you living in SA now or just visiting? If you're ever in Austin and need any work done contact Brian at reckart performance tuning. He does great work and is an awesome tuner. He does a lot of work on my car and I've never had any problems. I know a lot of other people with vetts and he has done all the work on their cars with no issues.
