Hello members i just bought a 2004 z06 its got a set of b&b bullet exhaust i bought a set of fusion one time for a c6 what kind of difference is there going to be in sound? and will they be much drown ive not pick the car yet thanks
bullets are pretty close to straight pipes and in my opinion over the top loud. I have had rt 66 on my 04 center convertible and felt they were a bit too mild. no drone but weak as far as how I felt my Corvette should sound like, so I changed them out for borla stingers. I don't find that there is much drone at speed. with a 6 spd the car is only turning 1650 rpm at 80mph and if there is a drone it's pretty mild. most here will usually recommend a corsa system, but I preferred the sound of the borlas. the best thing you can do is to try to find a local show with a decent number of Corvettes and ask to hear the various systems that the cars might have to decide for yourself.

Did you not drive the car prior to the purchase? The bullets are loud - drone I can't comment on as I have not had a set of them. I did have a set of the Route 66s on my '00 and the drone/popping was unacceptable. I had to put an x-pipe on the car to get it to where driving the car was OK.
Best bet is to just drive it and see how you like it. If you don't care for the B&B exhaust, you can always sell it. I would recommend a Corsa system - I have the Pace Car catback on mine and love it - no drone at all.
