New inductee into "The Flying Roof Club"!! 
Don't feel too awefully bad guy, this is a club with a large and diverse membership!!
I don't know for sure, but it seems to me that I have heard about members with multiple awards!!
Now for the important part, statistics!! Do you have any info on altitude, speed, distance, etc. Some have set records their first time out.
I almost (read: WHEW!!! Holy Crap! That would have been ugly!!) made the club with my first C5 as the procedure with my C4's was so involved by comparison that you couldn't forget.
Hope you understand that this was in the interest of a little fun. Sorry about the damage to your car.

Try also your local Corvette club and/or Craigslist. There are some folks that bought both tops for their vette and usually end up selling one of them. Good Luck!
