Help I think I'm missing some thing.

Just got my car back from getting some paint work done.
And when I went to fill up I seen some scratches on the back side of the gas lid/door.
Am I missing two rubber bumpers here?

Thanks for the help guys. It looked like there should be a bumper there.
Now I have two scratches on the back of the gas door where it was hitting two screw heads.

$5 a shot seems about right - I paid that for the little rubber bumpers on my center console recently.
