Default Dual Climate Control

Greetings... just picked up my "new" 99 and it has dual climate control. The driver's side **** simply spins...it does go down to a base of 60 degrees, but you can still turn it past that, up or down, like there's no "stop" on it. The passenger's side has a red line on the dial and stops after reaching the base 60 degree point. Yes... I was pretty excited about the car when looking at it and test driving it so no, I didn't notice this little problem since the AC was already on when we got into the car.

Doesn't seem like a big deal...but want to be sure. Thanks
