Default 95 octane

I found a gas station in Laurel Springs, NC that sells ethanol free 95 octane. Is 95 octane too much for my 2004 coupe?

You probably don't need it unless you drive it hard like drag racing or HPDE.

What's the name of the place?

Unless your car has been tuned for it and you have supporting mods (like forced induction or heads/cam), you're wasting your money. You will not see any benefit at all.

buy the lowest octane that eliminates all knocking. all octane will do is resist knocking. if the car detects knock it pulls timing and reduces power. if it doesnt knock on 91, then 95 will do nothing.

The benefit is probably less to do with octane rating and more to do with the absence of ethanol. Ethanol has a lower BTU content than gasoline and it is corrosive and harder on hoses and lines. Where I live we have 94 octane Chevron with no ethanol. It's pricey so I don't use it all the time.

"Real" gas burns better and provides more miles to the gallon. Here in PA, the days of real gas are gone. BTW, back in 1969, I used Sunocos top octane (I don't remember what it was, but it was more than 95) in my TR4A and it ran great. Unfortunately, after 3 tankfuls, I had to replace the burned valves.

If the car runs find on 91-93 octane gas, just keep using that.
