Hi Guys, I am looking to move to a black chrome look with front, vent and rear grilles etc on my pewter coupe. I found these on ebay, but after reading recent threads on repro-wheels I dont dare. So the question of the day is; where can I get quality wheels that look like this? Any idea's?

just don't mount the tires to the wheels, or the wheels to the hubs until the tire shop checks the wheels for out of round or runout. If you have a Discount Tire near you they will gladly do this for you in advance of mounting the tires. They have the latest Hunter machines that will read out the trueness....also they will let you stand there and watch, which I like to do. Take videos of the edge of the wheel as it spins to reveal any wobble, and take a pic of the screen showing the data. .100 inch runout is the max in the industry, and they should read well under that if they are quality wheels. If you need to return a wheel or two (yes, it happened to me) you will have the morons by the ***** with all your documentation.

Thanks. I emailed the ebay seller of these and he basically gave the same advice on the mounting. I still have this thing about putting chinese wheels on my all American Corvette. But I'm not in a rush...so keep looking i will! I did some searches and followed links to house of wheels. These folks seems to have a lot of options.
