yes and no..any of the three can be tame when driven right..and any of the three can be used as a daily driver if one wants too..they are really amazing cars, and i would suggest trying to drive each one before you buy one so you get which one you like the most

Any of the three body styles are great for DD use and for just cruising around. Heck, even when you want to go to the track, they all perform well. Yes the Z06 has a HP and handling advantage, but the coupe/vert can be modded very nicely to be much more capable.
I dunno. A convertible with real high HP ? Who here has one. I'm betting no one buys an auto vert with plans to be the drag strip king. They are simply different cars.

I'll bet there are some verts on this site that has some hp. I drove one last year in central IL. that was an animal. Was TOO much for me for a DD. The verts have the performance handling package too. They do make roll bars for verts so they can be tracked too, if a fellow wants.
I'm on a road trip with my auto coupe as I type this. Put about 600 miles on it in less than 24 hours. Great road manners in town, and she will stretch her legs on the highway when asked.
I am sure that in the right hands, the track would be another place it would shine.
I have used it as a rain or shine DD since day one.

That's exactly what mine is for!!
When I walk out to go somewhere, even work, how could I want to drive anything other than my 'Vette?!?!?!?!?
