That was last year.

Just get C6 ones and trim them to fit.

But, will they require drilling to mount them? Would be nice if they used existing screws or had some other, no drill method to mount to the car.

I've been told by a customer of mine that put some on with our flared fenders that double sided tape works just fine. I know that 3M VHB is really strong and would have no problem holding them on.

I installed some C6 Zr1 on my 98 two years ago. Cost was just under $100. Had to do some trimming and drill one #10 screw hole at the bottom. The rest I used 3m tape. Got a bunch of compliments on it and I'm thinking of installing them on my 99 FRC. I bought the flares from gene at GMwarehouse.

I bought Apsis guards, they really look good, but I admit they are a little on the costly side. But. . . I don't drink, I'm a ex-alcoholic, don't gamble or chase skirts, don't smoke, so I figure I deserve a little something every once in awhile. And Apsis units use existing front fasteners & double face tape, (but I added some more, and used the supplied 3M# 4298 adhesive promoter that comes with them. I had a friend paint them and once dried, we installed them. I think they are perfect, and I have to tell you, that 3M adhesive promoter & 3M automotive double face tape really holds them tight as all get out. And I used a 3M product called "Rocker Panel clear spray" that keeps the splash guards from getting chips from road debris. All things considered, well spent money !

Put a WTB add on the c6 section. I got mine off a forum member new for $95 shipped. (Thanks tastytwirl). You also might get lucky on ebay.

On the c6z splash guards, there is a thin strip of double sided tape on the outer edge of the guard which is EXTREMELY strong. All I did was get more double sided tape (similar to 3m not the cheap stuff) and believe me when I say these things aren't going anywhere!!!!
