Default Low Oil

My DIC is reading "Low Oil" I topped off the oil to the level required on the dipstick, however, the DIC still reads "No Oil".

Any advice?

I know if i park my nose down hill the low oil message will come up on my DIC. That would be due to the sensor being at the back of the oil pan

Your oil level sensor may be bad. Worth having that checked.

With the DIC reading "Low Oil", press the reset. It should clear if no longer low. If still low, it should reappear within about 10 minutes.

If this doesn't work, bad sensor?
