Check Engine and Code
Greetings....recently I posted a piece about the CEL coming on. After reading the replies, most suggested the gas cap, which I replaced and again today the code comes back. As was suggested earlier, instead of trying to clear the codes, I ran through them with the CEL on and the car running. First one to appear was PO803, then when I ran the codes again, that code didn't show anything.
From what I understand this code means
P0803 1-4 Upshift Solenoid Control Circuit (M/T)
I suspect that has to do with the fact that I disarmed the 1st to 4th shift sequence connector.
Does this seem correct? Will that light always be there as long as this is disconnected?
All the other codes show nothing or simply "H" listings.
