I pulled my 2003 50th Ann. Convertible out of storage and had to jump her to start. To my surprise the magnetic ride warning indicator in the dash came on as well as the ABS light. Now I store her in a heated garage. she has 20K miles. She rides and looks new. WTF?? Does anyone got any ideas for a cost effective soluton?
Now I did have climate control issues before I stored her for winter. The climat control will not switch out of blowing in one position (windshield defrost vents). I hit the mode button but she will not go to any other vent setting. AC works, it blows cold. the display is bright and clear. Anyone got any ideas?
Battery issues cause all sorts of crazy electrical symptoms on the C5. Replace the battery.
I replaced the battery. car cranked up fine but all kinds of stupid warning lamps, magnetic ride control warning, & ABS light. I was wondering if there was a trick to get these to go out after a battery swap or attempeted start on a near dead battery (low voltage-high amp attempted start). I hate to take this 100 miles to a dealler for a simple fix and $250 bill!!
