does anyone know?
where i can find some seat cover kits it doesnt have to be premium grade i will also consider vinyl. the color is black sport seats. any links or names of websites will be good. thanks!

I recommend you look into neoprene covers (wetsuit material). It's warm in winter and cool in summer and wears like iron! I have Wet Okoles.

On ebay there is a seller who sells vinyl that looks pretty good. I installed some in my C4 and they turned out great. I also ordered the hog ring kit from Mid America but I recommend you buying a true set of hog ring pliers. The ones from the vendors are cheaply made and mine broke before I got finished.

Just installed a set from E-bay LC leather seats and am very happy with them, leather wear areas and vinyl rest (as stock seats are) had them professionally installed and installer was impressed. Losts of custom work eg embroidery, embossing, venting, and colors available. Cost $300 and $300 for install. Very happy!
