Depending on where the projectors wind up, you can actually modify the front motor arm stop (upper/closest to the front of the car) by extending it out just enough to hit the inner arm when it rotates up from the down. You can either weld or possibly bolt the extension to it. When you get things apart you'll see what I mean. Has to be just right length or it will hit the outer arm that pivots off the inner arm and stop too early. This was the quickest and easiest way for me - plus it wound up perfect for the height.
I modified the opening on my ACAs by changing the stops positions.
I was able to get the headlight covers almost level. Any more and the headlamp housing hits the headlight cover on the outside front and prevents the headlamps from closing flush with the fender and hood.
I also braced the contact points at the rear of the headlight assembly with flat aluminum.
You can also reduce slop by changing the lift bar, lots of slop in the OEM system.

Got them tightened up and no more vibration by adjusting those rear stops nice and tight to the lid. LOVE THESE THINGS! Gonna prob do the dual projectors next! Also threw some yellow LEDs on the front blackouts for a little more light up front.
Decided to throw some LEDs on the tail lights (they go all the way around but from an angle the recess hides them a bit). Still gonna go with RadioFlyer's tail lights soon. By far the best ones I've seen - but I was bored so I wanted to see how these looked.
i have to say I love the designs and everything in general ive always fancied the depo lights just because of the dual projector design and the dual projector or hid lights being circular in design seem to fit in the headlights and look semi normal its just trying to find a good design that doesn't cost $1500 just for headlights. I would go maybe 500 for some good functional ones anything above that is a bit ridiculous (unless it looks badass)
