I had that problem years ago, and it drove me nuts. Then one day a freakin' paper label flew out of the vent and the noise was gone!!!!
For the driver's door - I noticed the clips on the driver's door (the plastic ones that hold on the panel) were broken and part of the Styrofoam was cracked.

01 w 72k miles.. The suspension squeaked when I first got it. Metal endlinks fixed that.. Now the only time I get a squeak is when I have the painted roof on.. Slow turns into parking lots I will get some squeaks.. Not enough to bother me tho.
I have a squeek in the rear right corner. It is mostly when cornering left or going over bumps and gets much worse as the tempratures get colder. My mechanic hasn't been able to recreate on the rack yet so haven't made any changes - does this match symptoms you saw related to the end links?
Once in a while from my targa top though it usually spends late spring, summer and early fall hanging on the wall in the garage. When I close the driver's door with the window down, a little noise. Other then that, after 13 years and just hitting 52K miles, it's pretty darn tight.

I, also, have a squeak in the right front of my '04 'vert (35000 mi) that seems to be temperature related. In cool temps (30-50) it'll squeak but, when it get's to around 60 degrees, it doesn't. Can't make it do it just by bouncing it with my body weight in the garage either.
My suspension sounds like crap going over speed bumps I hate it!!!

I had an annoying rattle that occurred whenever I hit about 17-1600 rpm. It sounded like it was coming from the hatch, but when I had my sway bars and shocks replaced, it went away. The old sway bar had metal endlinks, but the new one came with new endlinks so I used those.
I also have a very loud sound that comes out of my center a/c ducts under hard acceleration. It has a plasticky sound like a/c ducting or a panel is loose and resonating with the engine revs. It has an aftermarket head unit installed, so it might be that. I barely listen to the damned thing so I might go back to stock.
My 02 is pretty much rattle free but my 98 has developed a squeak coming from the hatch that is driving me nuts . Getting rid of that squeak is the first item on the "to do list" when I get her out of winter storage.
I have some dash rattles here and there, even more so when it's really cold out. But...the car is 10 years old, has super loud exhaust (lots of vibrations), and has nearly 700hp crank.
I did the metal end link / C6 Z06 & Z51 suspension upgrade on my '01 about 25k ago (car's at 120k now), and recently started noticing a rather loud squeak from the rear suspension when I go over bumps. Not sure what the best course of action would be (any recommended lubes?).
Also, for a long time, I've noticed a kind of "something's loose" rattle from under the dash / hood area on the driver's side whenever I go through dips or over bumps. No idea what the source of the noise is (kinda sounds like something hollow rattling), and it's been there since long before I did any mods that could've been the cause.
I am curious about the upgrade to the zo6 what parts did you replace ?? thanks Joe
My car was a z51 to begin with (which doesn't really affect the overall change, just a reference). The upgrade is a set of C6 Z06 shocks combined with C6 Z51 sway bars and the metal end links. It's the fifth and sixth part sets here on gmpartshouse, where I got mine from.
I don't track the car or anything, so couldn't really justify spending well over a grand on coil-overs. It's considered a good overall upgrade to stock or z51 C5 suspensions, especially if the originals have a number of miles on them.
