Yes, but on a car that wasn't originally wired for it, can you get all of the remote diagnostics, etc.? The reason I mention this is that someone else on here was asking about that.
Which brings me to a totally unrelated major BI#CH about Chevy's new age electronics. A few years ago, guys were complainig about the passive key fobs repeatedly locking and unlocking their cars in the garage while their keys were in the house. My 2010 Camaro had the remote start feature on it which I was very excited about as winter weather here in Colorado can be severe at times!!!! It was going to be so very nice to be able to point my fob out the window and start my car and have it defrosting and warming up before I had to go out there!!!!! No such luck!!!!!!! That POS remote start function had a radio range of about two and a half feet!!!!!!!! If I wasn't standing right next to the car, it didn't work for ****!!!!!!!! Kind of defeats the whole entire purpose of REMOTE start doesn't it?!?!?!?!?!?
