[Z06] Need Help 2 Questions!!

Need Help 2 Questions!!
First question after installing the CAGS, should the shift from 1st to 4th light still come on, or should the CAGS prohibt that from happening.
Second question has anyone with an 02 Z06 or any C5 for that matter had any of the axel boots leak or break on them. Because while installing the CAGS last night, I decided to take off the wheels to clean inside them and noticed a considerable amount of axel grease on the right rear side of the car. So I came to the conclusion that since no other wheel or axel boot where like that, that either it had a bad seal or was about to break.
I appreciate any assitance anyone can offer me. Thanks in advance!!

The shift light still comes on, the ECM thinks it is doing its job, EVERYBODY is happy :)
Sounds like you have a bad seal on that axle - time for your dealer to take a look.

As for the dealer I am worried about them touching my car, they might make it worse. :mad

I believe in getting to know the service manager at the dealership and making sure that my car gets worked on by a good technician. Knock on wood I have never had a problem to date with warranty work :)
