Default Tire shine

Whats the best tire shine you have used? I want that good wet shine but I don't want the excess on the side of my car. Open to suggestions.......

Any will do that. You just have to wipe off the excess with a rag or towel you dont care about.

I have been using Adam's Polishes V.R.T. product for many years. Love the stuff. Goes on easily and does not sling off all over the car. It does not give a real high gloss shine, but that's not what I was looking for anyway. It does make the sidewalls look great though.

I was at a show a few years ago where I witnessed a guy lather up his tires (both sidewalls and actual tread area) with Armor All. The tires looked wet. What was funny, as he was exiting the show, he hit the gas and his rear end spun all the way around due to the tires being so slick!

I use Adams VRT.

Go to O'Reilly's and if it's not on the shelf ask for "Cover All".. It's in a black and blue aerosol can. I put some on my tires and didn't have to re-dress them for a month.(drove the vette everyday) You can use in on interior too but please do NOT use it on your steering wheel or seats... I swear you won't be able to turn the wheel and if you spray on leather seats, the first stop sign you pull up to at 2 mph you will be under the dash It's weird how good this stuff is..

I actually have sprayed some on a micro fiber towel and dressed my rear brake ducts and air dam pieces...

i bought some of that turtle wax stuff..comes in a black aerosol can..works really good..gave me a nice wet look that lasted for almost 2 months..but the down side that i learned after using it..lol..the stuff is kinda heavy in the air..so it will attach it self to body panels and glass on your car..as well as your wheels..its a PITA to clean off...so now if i use it..i put my car cover on...and i made some card board cuts the same side as the OD of my wheel...and i can spray away with no issues of getting over spray all over my car..lol

Default 303 Protectant

SPF 40, works on tires and interior and keeps weatherstripping flexible ! Not greasy. I apply it with a sponge. Looks good.

Go onto detailedimage.com and get 'Tuf Shine' It DRIES in about 5-10 minutes and you can rub your tire with your hand and non will come off. It wont come off if you rub your pant leg on it etc. You can drive your car in the rain, wash it, etc and it still is on. It's a semi permanent tire shine. Make sure you get the kit, it cleans your tires too. I can't express enough how awesome it is. I've recommended it to numerous people and they all come back and tell me how awesome it is. I'm a stickler about cleaning products.
