I have some flat finish splash guards coming for my '02 black Z. I'm thinking about painting the back side to match the car. Seems that the color codes are 41 or 8555. Is this an easy paint to find in chain parts places?
Just go to any professional automotive paint shop in your area and they will mix it in a aerosol can for around $20/can. It will be better than trying to match it in Duplicolor. One can should do.
Then you must use a clearcoat with a hardener. Google Spraymax Clearcoat K2. DO NOT BUY DUPLICOLOR CLEARCOAT!!! Any aerosol clearcoat you buy in a can at an autopart store is JUNK. Do not use it, it will not last. Buy the Spraymax, and the results will be professional (depending on your talent level).
