If they are stock sized tires then you should follow the recommended tire pressure on the GM placard on the driver's door sill. I believe that all C5's are 30 psi F & R. Not sure about the Z06.

My Michelin's ran at 32 cold and got up to 38 on the trip. They felt right. I'm going to drop some out of them and see if it makes a difference. 30 would be right im guessing since that is what my door says too!

Iam guessing that my car {2003 Z} came with Goodyears from the factory. I didnt know if the Firestone tires liked the same pressure as recommended on the door sticker for Goodyears.

Thanks.

30 psi cold, like it says on the door, should be just fine for your tires.

I run 32lbs warm in my Firehawks. They start most drives about 28-30 cold.
On my second set. Got close to 40k out of the first set by keeping a close eye on tire pressures and a good 4 wheel alignment.

I fill to 32 cold.

switch to NitroFill and you won't have to worry as much about pressure fluctuations... no moisture, less volatility. Instead of seeing 32 cold to 38 warm, you'll see 32 cold to 34 warm... much more stable, in fact, 12.5% more consistent pressure.

Start with 30 (which the car requires) and observe wear. Add or subtract as needed. Make sure you have a good alignment too.
