Buttons not working !

Buttons not working !

My fuel/reset/trip/gauges well all of them really are not responding. I cannot read my milage, fuel anything. I go to press the buttons and nothing. I would think I will need to take the dash out and replace all the buttons as one unit. The gauages started reading in Km not miles or rpm and blinking back and forth, then the buttons stopped working all together.
Anyone know where I can get a new unit?
