They are more desirable than the '97-'99 wagon wheels. I had a nice set of wagon wheels that no one even called about when I asked $125 for the set. I put on a free set of old runflats and I sold them for $400 in two days.
The real question is like your title says... how much.
I see quite a few sets of the polished thinspokes in pretty good shape selling for $200-$350. I expect the painted ones will be a little bit less, and if the tires are bad they probably won't add much if any to the price.
Maybe some others are more familiar with the market for these and will offer suggested pricing

Actually, the painted wheels are very nice - they have a heavy metallic finish to them and look very good with certain color cars. If they are in good shape, you should be able to sell them for a bit more than the $150 he wants. Of course, with bald tires, I would negotiate it down since you will most likely want to take the tires off before selling and that would cost you some money. Or have him take them off and then buy the wheels.

I think if you stay away from shipping, or have the buyer pay shipping, remove "baldies,(?)" you could turn a small profit. How much, whatever the buyer will pay...
