2000 Convertible
I have had this car for about 7 years and the seatbelt reminder light never came on. This past 6 months it started, at first just for a few seconds which now has turned into all the time.
1. When I put the seatbelt on the light still stays on.
2. When I take the seatbelt out of the buckle the light stays on
3. While Im driving and in PARK the light stays on.
The reminder light will flicker off and on when the drivers seat moves, if I adjust the lumber, move the seat forward or backward, if I brake suddenly and the seat moves then the light flickers off for a few moments until the seat moves again.
There is nothing wrong with the buckle no liquid spill its clean and clear.
The light start to flicker when I adjust the seat.
HAS ANYONE HAD THIS ISSUE IF SO WHATS THE FIX.

I agree - it does sound like a loose connection somewhere. Good luck tracking it down.
