If your overflow tank is leaking...why pull radiator?
BUT, If you must pull radiator
I removed mine by taking it apart.....what would looking at a schematic help? It's easy.. Unclamp the radiator hoses, Then start by removing the air filter and air duct bridge, then pull the air shroud from the front(must pull from under the car). Remove the top radiator cover that holds both condensor and radiator together. Unplug the electric fans. Lift fans up and remove. Once you have the fans out it's just a matter of pulling the radiator up and out.

I got it out! I didnt have to pull the air shroud though. The condenser is attached to it. Getting the fans assembly loose and lifted off the radiator was the worse part of it. Now I need a real radiator! Any ideas on a good all aluminum one ? Thanks for the help!

Quick follow up. The reservoir isnt the problem. It is the pressed on cheap plastic reservoirs on each side of the aluminum section that is the problem. Real junk.

I used Dewitt Alum Radiators, great service and quality, twice the coolant capacity and knocked 15 degrees easily off the temps, best mod I have done!
