I am thinking of purchasing the Linginfelter Launch Controller. I run a lot of bracket races and I am at a disadvantage with the 6 speed and I am thinking this might help a little. 99% of my inconsitancy come out of my 60 ft time. Anyone have one of these that can tell if they are happy with how it works.
With a stock clutch, it was fine. I'd set it at 2500 rpm and my consistancy improved quite a bit. Once I went to an aftermarket clutch, I broke a lot of stuff. My clutch was not a very slip-able clutch though. other clutches might be better suited for it.
I have a LS7 clutch and aluminum flywheel. My rearend is upgraded with 4:10 gears, C6 ZO6 Clutches and outputshafts. I am not too worried about breaking parts, I launch at 4500 RPM but the launch is very inconsistant.....

4500 off the 2-step, and you might find should be worried...

Maybe i don't understand what the difference would be...You still have to slip the clutch out of the hole....you just don't have to worry about the gas pedal and moving one foot fast while the other one slow or do I not understand how the two step works?

My best is a 1.63 but i have not been able to duplicate it again...Last Wednesday night my best was a 1.70 and my worst was 2.002 because I let the clutch out to fast and blew the tires off the car....You see my inconsistancy problem.....
