C5 Problem Gas cap.
Apparently my gas release button to my 2003 c5 corvette won't open I know there is manual release it works fine. Dumb question but how do you go about taking your center console apart to see if wire is connected? and what does it look like anyone help me pleas do not hear the senoid clocking when hitting the gas button.

Those Vette Essential instructions are excellent - I've used them many times to take the console apart. Since you only have to do the rear portion of the console, it is very easy.

Also check the ground for the module located under the right(passenger side) pillar located half way between the floor and the upper shoulder belt mount. My gas cap wouldn't release until I tightened up that ground wire.
