2 zone AC
I have trouble with Ac my exterior Temp keeps changing and when it goes bellow 32 degrees the AC shuts down .
I have A 2x convertable 6speed with 100k plus

You may have a defective outside temp sensor unless it is the temps you mention where you are at.
Here's what the owner's manual says on the operation of the dual zone A/C system:
Air conditioning does not operate at temperatures below
approximately 35°F to 40°F (2°C to 4°C). The air
conditioning cannot be turned off in defrost and defog,
as it helps to remove moisture from the vehicle. It
also helps to keep the windows clear.
