I am wanting to buy C6 grand sport wheels to put on my 01 Vette .The ones I am looking at are repoductions and they are about 750 for 4 wheels with lug nuts. My question is will I have to reprogram my TPMS if I keep the old ones? The wheels I am looking at are sold by Custom wheels market. Has anyone heard of them or know of another vendor that is better? Any advice on doing this swap would be appreciated . The fronts are 17X8.5 and the rears are 18X9.5 is this the correct size? Thanks for all the help.

If you make certain the TPMS are exactly where they were then no you don't have to reprogram them. If they play musical chairs with the tpms at the tire shop, then you have two options. Reprogram them, (not a big deal, they should be willing to do it for you) or you can just let them alone and when it says one tire is low, you need to check all 4 to figure out which one it is. In any case, they'll still work.

Mike - get the ones from JW if you really want the wheels. A good forum vendor and that's a good price.
As for your TPMS, if you keep them in the same position on the car and the wheels accept the sensors, you should be all set. Otherwise, a strong magnet will allow you to retrain the sensors.
