Yesterday I installed my reverse light housing and the 20 watt (I think) LEDs along with the the tag led lighting strip and vanity plate light, I am very impressed with the difference it made and the ease of the install I have always had a hard time seeing behind me at night when I'm backing my car into the garage and now its not an issue anymore, adding the led lighting strip for the tag and vanity plate led just seemed like the right thing to do to finish up the package. (Thanks Radioflyer)
Now I have to buy new LED tail lights.
Edit: I have moved the led light for the vanity plate since these pics were taken, I did not want it shining on the ground (just the plate)

Hey everyone, They are facing down and are mounted flush with the downward facing area above the tag, What everyone is seeing is the reflection on my tag bracket.
I guess I keep my car too clean

I've wanted a set, especially since I have tinted covers. I'm skeptical of most of the LED bulbs on the market, and was considering the HID's. Yours look good.
Light strip looks good too. looks better than sticking led bulbs into the stock housings.
Pm Radioflyer for the details your asking about, he hooked me up with everything you asked about, and has been an awsome vendor to deal with, if you need anything else pm me and I'll be more than happy to help ok.

The LEDs are 20w elements (not bulbs) that emit 1000 Lumens over a 160 degree viewing angle. This makes them superior to most LED bulbs that simply sit in the housing. with radial-mounted LEDs that only take minor advantage of the reflector optics. HIDs certainly pump out a lot of light, but with they pull at least 35 watts while the factory bulbs pull 25w making it an electrical issue at the very least. A relay harness is required to successfully run HID bulbs in the reverse lights.
They are mounted on aluminum plates that are glued to the housing using OCI Butyl adhesive. This waterproof adhesive is the same type OEM use to seal headlight lenses to the housings.
