Need to pull rear rotors and adjust star wheels did it when I replaced brake pads
Have to pull the rear rotors off. Star wheel is behind rotor. Adjust till just a little drag putting rotors back on. Hardest thing is breaking loose the large caliper bracket bolts which have red Locktite and are torqued at 125 foot pounds. Clean up the bolt threads before reinstalling and use some red Locktite. Write ups on here showing you how to do this.

There you go. Not that big of a job really. Use a large handle ratchet or short breaker bar to help with the caliper bracket bolts. Do a search and you will find quite a few write ups
I had to adj mine back in the spring. It took quite a bit of turns to tighten it down. I already had my rotors off for track days so it was no big deal. Seems like there is an adj for the slack in the handle also - you might want to check that out before disassembling. Good luck with it.

It's not that hard, I've done it on my 98.

It's not difficult at all, here's a tip, don't go too tight, if you do and then try to get your rotor off, you'll pull the shoes away from the backing plate and possibley dislodge the spring. Then you'll have a helluva time getting that spring back in place.
