Whistling noise?

I was on my way home from work today with the top down. I heard a whistling noise coming from the engine under slight acceleration. When I pushed down on the throttle it quit, I could hear the noise shifting from 1 gear through 4 gear. Any ideas?

Any mods such as cold air intake? First thing you should do is look for any obvious vacuum leaks. Any work done to the car recently?

I did install a cold air intake. No other work done to the engine.

I have the same whistling noise when I get to 50+mph if i let off of the gas and give it a little more i hear a whistling under the hood, I can repeat it over and over, cant find any vaccuum hoses loose, I read somewhere a while back it has something to do with the MAS i think.
