Probably not if it was a 19" wheel.
At 265 width was this for a front wheel? Are you running 19s all around or a 19/20 combo? Either way I would love to see pics

Tough way to start out your ownership experience, but glad you found two tires and can resume your trip.

Wow, two blowouts is really rare. What happened? I will be driving down I-75 tomorrow from Ocala to Ft. Myers, is there something I need to look out for?

Glad you found two tires and was able to continue your journey!!

Front left blew out at 75 on i75. Found a tow truck driver experienced in towing vettes with a roll back at 3am for $100 bucks.... Not bad. Took us to a hotel and kept my car on his truck in his shop... Again not bad. Found two 255/35/19 used with around 80% tread for $50 each on a Sunday..... Not bad at all and the tow truck guy picked us up at the hotel and took us there even. There are some damn good folks out here which is very refreshing. Changed both tires simply to have a matching pair. And also discovered the fronts were dry rotted which probably caused the blow out to begin with. Thanks for the offers for help but we are mobile again and in Lynchburg tn. At the jack Daniels distillery. Then on to bowling Greene

Hope you tipped him - sounds like he takes pride in his towing business. Would be nice to have him and the towing company named to give kudos but that's probably against forum rules..

We also need pics of the new ride but we'll give you a couple days leeway to get home first!

Just had a 50 car pile up here on 75 just 2 weeks ago. As bad as the blown tire was, it could've been a lot worse.
