I never have understood the desire to mix, match and patch up different generations of Corvettes. Each generation has unique advantages and disadvantages, depending on your individual preference, but these type of hybrids are fugly. Nice panel fitment on the passenger side!

Wouldn't it cost less to sell the C4 and buy a C5?

My logic exactly. I've seen the same thing with C5/C6 hybrids. For the amount of money invested to modify the C5 to look like a C6, then combined with the loss or resale value, you would have enough for a healthy down payment and/or potential trade into a C6?!

I do like the conversion of a C5 vert to look like a C1 though.

If only they could find a way to put the c1 windshield on. I haven't seen that yet. The c5 windshield ruins it for me.

the guy who use to make those kits used the business to hide drug money. kits fit like complete sh*t and took forever to make line up right. they were somewhat popular back in 99-01 when the c5 was a brand new car. notice how the gills do not line up correctly?
you're looking at a blast from the past
