Not to step outside your original question, but have you considered the MGW? Do some search on this forum, you'll find that it comes highly recommended. I installed the MGW short shifter this spring and it is awesome. Quality of materials is top notch. Good luck with whatever you choose!
Very happy with B&M Ripper and Anti-Venom mod. But, I haven't had the other two.
Until the day that someone who's had both or all three writes a very, very detailed review, all your going to get is very limited input, including mine, that really isn't of much use in the decision making process.
I had a B&M Precision Sport (2pc shaft to reduce vibrations) and it was pretty good. Recently upgraded to an MGW which is also pretty good, but not worth the $100+ price difference over the B&M, IMO.

i experimented with a lot of different short shifters before finally deciding on an MGW. i actually bought and installed a B&M, hurst, and several others before the MGW and i was more than happy to sell off each and every one of them when i decided on the MGW. in my mind, there was no comparison. obviously since it is just an opinion, you will get many conflicting opinions., but for what it's worth and assuming you don't want to consider anything other than a B&M and hurst, my choice would definitely be the B&M. again my opinion only, but the one shifter i disliked the most was the hurst. i still have the 04 ce convertible and it still has the MGW shifter in it.
i absolutley hate my hurst shifter its super notchy and its hard to get it back in 1st after im getting out of reverse. but then again i bought it second hand so i probably need to mess with springs
I had the B&M in my deceased C5 and here it what I really liked about it. When I ran it hard at the Texas Mile I never missed 3rd or 5th and those gears are easy to miss with the up throw as I have seen many other at the Mile with other shifters, oh I went a mere 190+ MPH at the Mile
