Need help finding part and part number

2001 Headlight motor ****. I was told that the part number is 16521527 but the number looks to be the rubber boot for the motor. I need the screw cap for manual operation. Thanks...

Appears there are TWO numbers for that cap. As I read it, one is for European headlights and one for DOT code. That being said, the **** appears to be part of the headlight motor and not a separate part. See here:

What I posted above is a link that uses the actual GM parts data base. I think you're out of luck. Maybe find a used motor from a part-out.

Yea I was hoping someone had the same issue and found a replacement part. I can't be the only one with this broken plastic piece of sh$t. Thank for the response...
