Clear Corners and Switchbacks installed....
Nothing new or earth shattering, but I've been wanting to do this mod for awhile now and so I decided to contact Neil @ Corvette Mods and order a set of all clear corners and switchback and parking light LEDs to go along with them. I know there are a lot of good vendors on here and I've done business with a few of them and have really never been dissatisfied with any of my experiences. And to date Neil and his company have been great from ordering to delivery in every instance.....thanks, Neil.
So, it took awhile to figure out the best way to get the old lenses out, but after taking my time, here are the results:

Also ended up going to the Good Guys Autumn GTG in Pleasanton this past weekend and took a few shots. Keep in mind, i have NO eye for good photography

Sorry I had to do it... 
I used to give Mike (illmac77) so much crap at shows locally to folks looking at his car saying it was just a vert with Z06 logo's on it. It used to get him so worked up and a few choice words thrown my way...
Looking good though ! Every little bit helps clean up the look of these cars.

I did this very same mod about a month ago. Only drawback is, last week I had to order Low beam HIDs to match the clear LEDs in my marker lights! One of my favorite mods. Took 10yrs off the car, to me.

when i was testing the corners and switchbacks, the first thing i noticed was how dim and yellow the headlights are
.i just talked to Neil today about the install on his HID Low and High Beam kits for the car so they'll be ordered soon enough.

And they are so bright they can almost be used to drive in low light (dusk and dawn settings). You are right though it is a sweet look. I have the low beam HID's and never use the high beam..LOL it is sooooooo weak...I will be interested in getting the high beams but honestly the lows really do the job.
