Just bought an 02 Z06 last week (thx SuzukiDan7). Need to replace the HUD bezel, as the existing one's cracked. Do I just pull out the old one, and press in the new one, or is it more complicated than that?

Dash removal, it has 4 steel 'washer/retainers' behind it
they are cracking by the 100's in the warm states, especially the black cars

Alright, since the 'HUD' word came up, I lost the sliding switch ****, and can't find a replacement anywhere. I only need the ****, not the entire switch. Sissy question, I know, but.........Any thoughts other than just live with it?
