It's Time ...
... every year, there is a point when it becomes obvious that it's time to put the convertible away for the winter. That time came today - it's getting cold in the Philadelphia area now and 'verts are a lot less fun with the top up.
I inflated the tires to a little over the factory specification, checked the state and insurance paperwork, put in some fuel stabilizer, and ran the engine enough to warm things up.
Then, on the battery tender, locked up, and up on the storage lift. Got the Chivas out (with the C5 glass, of course), took one last long look, and resolved to drive her more in 2013.

While I haven't totally decided if mine is in hibernation yet, I have a feeling it is put away until spring. Never know though - depends on how the winter months go.

Please give my regardss to the Mrs. You both were wonderful to share covette-time with. But I'm a friend of bill's and haven't had one in 28 years now. Good luck and we'll meet at a NCRS meet sometime soon. Cheers !

I'll drive mine until the snow flies and the streets get salted. Having said that, the forecast here, is snow for the weekend, so this might be the last couple of days of 'Vetting until spring.....
